Smith, F.I.C.S., in collaboration with Hugh “Ossie” Osborne, O.D., as the Jamaican agent for Caribbean Ocean Logistics, founded in 1999. The name RegFlo is an amalgamation created by combining Reginald’s first name with that of his wife, Florence. Both RegFlo and Caribbean Ocean continue to be family owned and operated.
